Culsans, god of doorways, the Etruscan god of Janus. The keeper of transition, passage, beginning, time. Like the doors with biunivocal entrances, he has two faces looking to the past and the future. He presides the destiny of the begginings and endings of travels, wars, exchanges. This statuette has been found in Cortona.

The illustration, mix in a single view the frontal and lateral prospect. The style is inspired by old history catalogues made with woodcut prints.
